Summary
Business ethics is a topic I hold near and dear to my heart as it has opened my eyes to how decision-making can make or break a person's career. Making ethical decisions is important in any industry, but the most crucial thing to remember is that any and every decision impacts others, not just the individual making a big or small decision.
I created this video to highlight my own experiences as a leader. I discuss how I was able to analyze my own decision-making and how my perspective changed after taking this leadership ethics course. Leaders have a duty to protect others and ideally make decisions that are positive for the whole organization.
